Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager/Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing key customer accounts, reviewing incoming orders, coordinating fulfillment with vendors, and ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage high-value client accounts, review, edit, and process orders placed on the platform, and route orders to appropriate vendors while overseeing fulfillment workflows.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting.

Responsibilities
  • Manage vendor-side account management and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Review project requests from clients and configure projects/quotes on the platform
  • Oversee order details and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely execution of all project milestones
Requirements
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience in account/project/order management for Promotional Products/Branded Merchandise
  • Strong communication skills in English (written & verbal)
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced remote setting
