Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer rate plans and invoices to ensure alignment with pricing and promotions.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor pricing, and customer needs to propose improvements.
  • Collaborate with teams to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
  • Organize and analyze large datasets to support sales teams with actionable insights.
  • Monitor competitor strategies to identify opportunities and challenges.
  • Provide strategic pricing recommendations based on research and analysis.
  • Generate clear proposals and reports for decision-making and team alignment.
  • Use Excel functions to manage and analyze complex data.
  • Create reports and materials to support pricing strategies and outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, CRM).
  • Proficiency in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Concatenate, formulas).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to hybrid U.S. working hours.
  • Open to hybrid setup (2x work onsite/week)

Preferred:

  • Experience in telecommunications or utilities.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and billing analysis in the mobility space.
