We are seeking a skilled Reliability and Availability Engineer to join our team at Seven Seven Global Services, Inc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high availability and reliability of production systems and platforms.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution support for incidents and problems.
  • Collaborate with Build and Operations teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate maintenance activities, including patching and preventive measures.
  • Plan and coordinate release and capacity activities for applications and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
  • Experience in relational database management and network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, etc).
  • Familiarity with programming languages like Java, .Net, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, PowerShell/Bash, C#, .Net, and VB6.
  • Exposure to Application Patching, Release Management, Test Environment Management, and Application/Server Decommissioning is an advantage.
  • Candidates with knowledge of Cloud Ops will be preferred.
