Job Title: Senior Quality Specialist


Overview of the Role

The key responsibility of this position is to ensure that customer interactions meet the established quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of customer calls and other contact methods to evaluate their quality.
  • Provide feedback and insights to relevant stakeholders to facilitate performance improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for enhancing customer experience.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and call listening exercises to ensure consistency in scoring and best practices.
  • Support internal audits to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge base of company products, services, and programs.
  • Meet productivity requirements and contribute to maintaining high-quality service standards.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Able to work on-site in an office environment.
  • Proficient in managing metrics such as NPS, CSAT, and AHT.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
