Job Description
The position of Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for the implementation of organizational project policies and procedures by overseeing the entire project life cycle.

This role covers overall project management, coordinating all project-related activities and tracking budget and deliverables on both the business and IT sides at all project phases (initiation, requirements, design, development, testing, and cutover) towards completion and successful project implementation.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. This includes planning, organizing, and controlling project resources, risks, and scope. You will also develop and implement project management plans, track progress, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success.

This role requires excellent project management skills, including experience with waterfall and agile methodologies, consumer banking, people management, and third-party management. Additionally, you should have thorough working knowledge of project and test management protocols and structures. Experience in project and test management tools is also preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly
- Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project goals are met
- Track and report project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- At least 10 years of solid experience in information technology covering system development, test management, and project management
- Experience in banking or any financial institution is required
- Experience in waterfall and agile methodologies is required
- Thorough working knowledge of project and test management protocols and structures
