About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious e-commerce professional to drive onsite activities across markets. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences through seamless shopping journeys.

This position involves executing refreshes of product and campaign pages, maintaining site accuracy, and content optimisation. You will work closely with senior executives for merchandising and marketing, as well as cross-functional teams, to ensure our online store is updated, accurate, and optimized.

Main Responsibilities
  • Strategic growth management for Hong Kong and International online channels.
  • Ongoing performance reviews and site checks to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Regular reporting and updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation actions.
  • Executing onsite refreshes across homepage, PLPs, CLPs, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Catalogue management, including product mapping, copywriting, and content updates.
  • Executional support for sale set-up and other marketing initiatives.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–2 years' experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Relevant degree in business, marketing communications, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Achieving 100% of Hong Kong & International Online target.
  • Driving YoY growth in traffic and conversion rate.
  • Maintaining 100% accuracy in onsite content updates.
