We are gearing up for our busiest period, from Click Frenzy to Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the festive rush.

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide friendly and helpful service to every shopper.
  • Product Knowledge: Assist shoppers in finding the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations.
  • Organisation and Adaptability: Maintain organisation and adaptability during huge trading events.
  • Sales Contribution: Contribute to sales and support your team to achieve seasonal targets.

You will be working across registers, replenishment and customer queries in a fast-paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • You thrive in a busy retail environment and love the festive atmosphere.
  • Retail or customer service experience is beneficial, but a positive attitude is essential.
  • You are flexible to work weekends, late nights and extended trading hours during peak periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills are necessary.
  • Quick learning ability and willingness to help wherever needed.
