Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service every time
  • Help shoppers find the perfect products for gifts, decorating & celebrations
  • Stay organised and adaptable during huge trading events like Click Frenzy, Black Friday & Cyber Monday
  • Support your team to achieve seasonal targets and contribute to sales
  • Work across registers, replenishment, and customer queries in a fast-paced environment
Key Qualifications
  • Friendly and approachable attitude
  • Retail or customer service experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Flexibility to work weekends, late nights & extended trading hours during peak
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
