Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Love. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Sales Performance: Work closely with the store manager to drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Cashier Duties: Process payments, exchanges, and returns using our POS system with ease and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages, and transfers while supporting all stocktake exercises.
  • Maintenance and Display: Maintain a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms, ensuring all merchandise is available in all colours, sizes, and quantities.
  • Customer Engagement: Communicate ongoing promotions and offers to customers, promoting first-class service excellence and customer experience.
Requirements
  • A 5-day rostered work week (Weekdays & Weekend) with regular breaks.
  • A minimum of 9-10 working hours per day, with opportunities for flexible scheduling.
  • A minimum of 2 years of college education or vocational course, with strong MS Office skills a plus.
  • Availability for both opening and closing shifts, as well as weekends and public holidays.
