We're a tax solutions company dedicated to transforming negative emotions into something positive for our clients, partners, and colleagues. Our core purpose is to deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

As a key member of our team, you'll serve as the principal contact for existing client accounts, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption. You'll also manage changes to existing client projects, communicate effectively, and drive projects through the workflow process in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing client project changes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Support clients and their Sales Tax Accountants with issues related to tax collection settings, new platforms, permits, closures, and offboarding.
  • Analyze economic and presence factors to determine changes in clients' sales tax nexus obligations annually.
  • Update and test tax collection settings on sales platforms to ensure accurate sales tax collection.
  • Offboard clients, managing permit closure information, final billings, paperwork, removing them from systems, and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Act as the first point of contact for existing clients needing support, maximizing time spent onboarding new clients.
  • Be the primary point of contact for billing-related changes or issues.
  • Contribute to improving onboarding processes for existing clients, minimizing risk and ensuring a hassle-free experience.

Success Measures:

  • Annual Nexus Reviews: 95% of existing clients complete their annual review within 365 days.
  • Capacity: Manage 70 existing clients, finalize 2-4 nexus reviews per month, and complete 20-25 existing permit projects and offboarding projects monthly.
  • Education Hours: Complete 3 hours per quarter in work-related education or training.
  • Quarterly Rocks: Maintain at least an 80% completion rate for the year.
