Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative professional to lead our online content strategy, elevate our digital presence, and drive measurable growth across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage all content across digital platforms, including copy, imagery, video, voice, editing, uploading, and reporting.

  • Create engaging and trend-driven content that reflects the brand's unique voice and resonates with our target audience.

  • Monitor media, social, and pop culture trends to identify relevant stories and opportunities for content growth.

  • Drive traffic and engagement using SEO, SEM, email marketing, affiliates, and social strategies.

  • Analyze customer behavior and optimize the online customer journey to increase conversion through personalization.

  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to uncover new opportunities for content growth beyond search.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including influencers, industry experts, and business partners, to achieve shared goals.

  • Manage the site during promotional and seasonal campaigns, ensuring content is on-brand and timely.

  • Continuously refine strategies to improve digital experiences and community engagement.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a digital or content company.

  • A strong understanding of long customer journeys and community building.

  • Proven experience across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms.

  • Expert knowledge of digital and social organic search, Google Ads, affiliates, and display.

  • A deep understanding of omni-channel environments, including website, CRM, social, and advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics.

  • Demonstrated success in driving online traffic that converts into community growth and sales.

  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven approach with strong attention to detail.

  • The ability to think outside the box and deliver innovative solutions.

  • Effective communication skills, with experience working across teams and with external stakeholders.
