Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and results-driven Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients via phone, email, or chat.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide solutions and resolutions to customer issues through effective problem-solving skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
