Job Summary
">This role supports the company's financial planning and analysis processes, including annual operating plans, monthly forecasts, business unit reporting, and other ad hoc requests. The successful candidate will partner with finance and accounting teams to provide variance analysis, forecasting, reporting, and project support to senior management.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Produce monthly reports that include key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting.
- Support monthly and annual forecasts for corporate functions, including variance analyses, communication of insights, and reporting results to business leads.
- Partner with FP&A teammates to analyze variances, forecast financial performance, and report results to senior management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with finance and accounting teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, candidates should have a strong educational background in accounting or a related field, as well as 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience. Experience with Oracle ERP systems, Hyperion, and/or OneStream is highly valued, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
">Preferred Qualifications:
">- FP&A experience at a large, multi-national company is strongly preferred.
- Manufacturing experience is a plus.
