Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned General Accountant to join our team.

A General Accountant is responsible for preparing and filing financial documents, including tax returns, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fiscal Management: Prepare and file various financial documents, such as tax returns, VAT returns, EWT, and ITR.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Closing Processes: Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to local tax regulations and deadlines, coordinating with auditors and external consultants as needed.
  • Supportive Role: Provide support for other accounting tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Accounting Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Tax Filing Expertise: Strong knowledge of tax filing (VAT, EWT, ITR).
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or local platforms).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
