Accounting Specialist Role

We are seeking an experienced accounting specialist to join our team in a remote position. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in month-end close processes, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, apply payments, and reconcile transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Bank & Credit Card Reconciliations: Perform soft reconciliations weekly and hard reconciliations monthly, ensuring accuracy in coding and matching transactions.
  • Month-End Workbooks: Prepare and reconcile schedules for various accounts such as AR, AP, payroll accruals, loans, and fixed assets.
  • Cash Flow Management: Assist in managing cash flow by monitoring AP closely and ensuring available cash aligns with financial obligations.
  • Financial Reporting: Map accounts, sync data, and generate financial reports using TGG templates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical skills required for analyzing transactions and being able to switch between multiple clients.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
  • US Working hours 9am to 5pm EST or PST, depending on the client, with the possibility of having flexible working hours later.
