Educational Support Professional

Role Description

This position plays a vital role in ensuring the success of educational programs by coordinating instructors, tracking student progress, and providing quality customer service.

Responsibilities include actively supporting regional operations by performing payroll functions and other related tasks, providing outstanding academic services to students and their families, operating seamlessly in a virtual environment, maintaining standards, and delivering programs for students and school district partners.

The successful candidate will meet operational excellence standards, provide virtual administrative support, manage class schedules, monitor academic progress, and help ensure flawless program execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate instructors and track student progress.
  • Perform payroll functions and other related tasks.
  • Provide quality customer service and academic support.
  • Operate effectively in a virtual environment.
  • Maintain high standards and deliver programs efficiently.
  • Manage remote teachers and facilitate learning experiences.
