Power BI Developer

Ista Solutions is seeking an experienced data visualization specialist to join our expanding team. As a team member, you will collaborate with skilled professionals who value employee satisfaction and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop metrics, reports, dashboards, and analyses to support business decisions
- Conduct large-scale data analysis and modeling to derive insights
- Review outputs for trends and patterns
- Collaborate with the team to perform root cause analyses and recommend improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX
- Extensive coding experience with M Language, SQL, and/or BigQuery
- Experience in KPI dashboard development and automation
- Strong visualization skills – charts, bars, images, dynamic reports, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
