Job Summary

The position of Software Development Manager involves leading the development team to design, code, test and document complex programs and scripts.

Key responsibilities include collaboration with other teams, reviews of specifications, identifying best approaches for business goals and acting as a subject matter expert.

Other key responsibilities include handling multiple tasks, prioritization, facilitation of meetings around technical design and decision making, participation in disaster recovery exercises and maintaining flexibility with shift work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong programming skills in areas such as application development, design and integration
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies, including Agile
  • Expertise in tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing performance, process improvements and scalability testing
