Financial Analyst Role

This role entails collaborating in financial examination by deciphering financial data and creating reports to support decision-making.

The Financial Analyst will participate in budgetary and forecasting activities, providing precise and timely financial information. They will maintain and update financial records, collect employee timesheets, calculate work hours, and oversee onboarding and offboarding processes.

They will also utilize a quality monitoring data management system to compile and track performance at the team and individual levels. Additionally, they will contribute to policy development, documentation, and company-employee communication.

The Financial Analyst will respond to employee queries about compensation, benefits, and deductions, and distribute payment statements. They will participate in meetings with top-level executives and communicate and transact with different providers.

Key responsibilities include conducting financial analysis, maintaining records, and communicating with employees and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, 6-12 months of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
