Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Are you a skilled professional with experience in maintaining and repairing equipment? Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all facilities, including inspecting units, equipment, and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist. They will also diagnose problems and facilitate their prompt repairs, carry out repairs on minor problems, and schedule maintenance tasks at various facilities.

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have the opportunity to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results. You will be responsible for maintaining an organized scheduling and tracking system to effectively complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least High School Graduate
  • Must have 6 months and up Maintenance Technician Experience with COE
  • Alternatively, No experience but with NCII in Electrical Installation Maintenance (EIM), Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC), Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
  • Strong leadership qualities and commitment to work
  • Hardworking, flexible, result-oriented, and up for challenges

Additional requirements include being willing to work in Sampaloc, Manila and possessing strong communication skills for effective delivery of information to clients, colleagues, and management.
