Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the position of Maintenance and Repair Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment, providing technical support, and interacting with customers to address their inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repair tasks on a variety of equipment.
  • Provide technical assistance and support to customers via phone, email, or in-person visits.
  • Coordinate and update customers regarding maintenance schedules, repairs, and other service-related matters.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, relevant technical knowledge, and strong communication skills. They should be flexible and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC/R or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
