**Job Description:**


As a Migration Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Migration Visa Consultant in preparing documents for visa applications, assistance in applying for recognition from external bodies, submitting applications for Professional Year (PY) courses and assisting with OVHC applications.

Your key responsibilities will include supporting migration agents with visa applications, tribunals, skills assessments, EOIs, and documentation, maintaining accurate records in databases and migration systems, tracking application timelines and following up on outstanding requirements, ensuring the Migration Agent reviews all applications before submission, and ensuring compliance with regulations and providing administrative support.

You will be working in a collaborative work environment with a diverse team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving results-driven goals.

**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience in Australian visa processes
  • Achievement-oriented with a strong drive for success
  • Customer service-focused, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction
  • Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to address complex issues
  • Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail, with strong data entry and administrative capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research skills
