**Key Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle phone inquiries and triage new cases
- Manage appointments and calendars in Outlook
- Provide general office and client support via phone and email
- Update client records in the CRM as per business needs
- Keep clients informed on application progress
- Verify required documents for visa applications
- Address and resolve client issues or complaints
- Prepare contracts, invoices, and receipts
**Application Assistance:**
- Support migration agents with visa applications, tribunals, skills assessments, EOIs, and documentation
- Maintain accurate records in databases and migration systems
- Track application timelines and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Ensure the Migration Agent reviews all applications before submission
- Ensure compliance with regulations and provide administrative support
**Financial Management:**
- Coordinate invoices, receipts, refunds, and payment queries with the Front Desk
**Teamwork & Collaboration:**
- Assist Migration Agents with client inquiries and scheduling
- Foster strong relationships with Education Counsellors, Migration Agents, support staff, and marketing teams
**Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Australian visa processes
- Achievement-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Customer service-focused, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction
- Strong teamwork abilities, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills to address complex issues
- Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail, with strong data entry and administrative capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research skills
