Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of internal audit strategies, ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls, and providing assurance that our operations are aligned with our company policies.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement internal audit strategies to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Conduct audits to identify potential risks and control deficiencies, and provide recommendations for improvement;
  • Collaborate with management and other departments to implement audit findings and recommendations;
  • Provide guidance and support to junior staff on audit techniques and methodologies;

Requirements:

  • Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is an advantage;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a supervisory role;
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
