Responsibilities
As a Virtual Process CSR Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently

  • Working in a virtual environment, utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
  • Promoting our products and services, highlighting their benefits and features to customers

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment, utilizing technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers
  • A college degree is not necessary, but it is highly recommended
  • We are open to candidates with or without BPO experience, as long as they possess the required skills and qualifications
