Responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, annual physical exams, leave entitlement, and group personal accident plans.
  • Assisting employees with government-mandated benefits concerns.
  • Helping to enforce safety and compliance policies to ensure a safe work environment.
  • Providing first aid and emergency medical care to employees as needed.
  • Conducting health assessments and managing workplace injuries or illnesses.
  • Promoting wellness programs and supporting overall employee health.
  • Managing and updating employee information in the HRIS system.
  • Assisting with generating reports and analyzing data to support HR decisions.
