Job Overview

As an integral part of our operations team, you will play a vital role in streamlining our systems and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless transitions by implementing and configuring monitoring tools.

Key to your success will be effective collaboration with the IT Management Division – Process Excellence Department. Together, you will develop process documentation, assess risks, and implement mitigation and action plans. Additionally, you will manage systems owned by the company, present an overview of all systems in operations, and author the Units Monitoring and Control Framework aligned with departmental processes and regulations.

Your expertise in programming languages such as Java, C#, or .NET, and experience with AIOps tools like Dynatrace or AppDynamics will be invaluable in this role. If you have a strong background in Process Excellence and Process Documentation, we encourage you to apply.

  • Implement, configure, and onboard monitoring tools to meet business service level requirements.
  • Transition systems and services from delivery to operations and create standards to operationalize systems and services.
  • Review practices and prepare documentation to standardize key processes and assess risks.
  • Manage systems and present an overall view of all systems in operations.
  • Author the Units Monitoring and Control Framework and update as needed.
