To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of work experience in RPA/DPA development (UiPath, Power Platform, etc.).
  • Advanced level in RPA/DPA development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages like C#, PowerShell, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and flowcharting.
  • A strong understanding of how RPA can solve real business challenges.
  • Familiarity with standard web front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, XML, etc.).
  • Experience with JIRA, web-based applications, and tools such as Selenium, Applitools, and Browserstack.
  • Solid understanding of internet technologies, web servers, and web proxy servers.
  • Self-motivation and ability to remain focused on assigned projects.
  • Desire to learn, accept new challenges, and have fun.
