Senior Creative Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Art Director to join our team remotely. As a key player in shaping the brand's creative direction, you will develop compelling visual content for various digital platforms.

This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on design expertise to drive high-impact campaigns. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop creative strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing creative concepts aligned with brand objectives and marketing goals
  • Overseeing the creation of high-quality visual assets for email campaigns, social media, digital ads, and other marketing materials
  • Maintaining brand consistency across all platforms
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling across campaigns
  • Providing mentorship and constructive feedback to a team of designers
  • Conducting design critiques and approving creative assets
  • Managing project timelines and optimizing team efficiency

To succeed in this role, you will need strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with web design tools like Figma. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are crucial for success in this role, as you will be working across teams and time zones.
