Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create innovative recruitment marketing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  2. Design and manage job postings across various platforms, including social media and career fairs.
  3. Promote job openings through social media networks (e.g., LinkedIn and Facebook).
  4. Collaborate with the recruitment team and marketing team to understand role requirements.
  5. Analyze the effectiveness of recruitment marketing campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Stay updated with the latest recruitment marketing trends and technologies.
  7. Enhance employer branding efforts: Develop strategies to promote our employer brand and image in the job market.
  8. Measure and report on employer branding initiatives' success and suggest improvements.
  9. Develop engaging job ads to attract top talent while aligning with the Bank's employer brand and hiring needs.
  10. Conduct competitor scans and talent mapping to identify industry trends and potential candidates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience related to employer branding and marketing.
  • In-depth understanding of social media platforms and best practices for engagement and reach.
  • Strong content creation and storytelling skills, visually appealing social media content.
  • Knowledgeable in social media management and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration.
  • Creative thinking and passion for staying ahead of social media trends.
