Role Description:

About The Role

We are seeking a Growth Marketing Strategist to plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires expertise across organic and paid media channels, with a deep understanding of digital advertising, affiliate/influencer partnerships, and performance analytics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads.
  • Build and manage an affiliate marketing program by identifying, recruiting, and collaborating with influencers and creators to increase brand awareness and drive conversions.
  • Plan and execute B2B/B2C lead generation campaigns using both inbound and outbound strategies. Collaborate with sales and product teams to refine lead scoring and nurturing processes.
  • Grow and engage brand communities across social platforms and foster authentic relationships and conversations that support brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and ROI through DSP platforms.
Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of experience in a growth or performance marketing role.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing campaigns on Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Experience with affiliate marketing platforms and managing influencer partnerships.
  • Solid understanding of lead generation funnels, CRM tools, and marketing automation.
  • Knowledge of programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or D2C environments.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zapier, SEMrush, or Sprout Social.
