- Deliver training sessions to ensure that voice agents possess excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate with the team to develop training programs and materials.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions and progress.
- Work closely with the management team to ensure that all training requirements are met.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in training voice agents in BPO, preferably in Healthcare Customer Support.
- Excellent communication skills, good grammar foundations, and exposure to American business culture.
- Facilitation skills to engage team members and promote effective communication.
- Average MS Excel and PowerPoint skills to create training materials.
- Ability to start immediately is preferable but not required.
