Job Overview

The role of a project coordinator plays a critical part in the effective execution of projects by coordinating daily activities, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely communication among stakeholders.

This nationwide project requires frequent travel and assignments at various project sites across the country.

The position is contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support day-to-day project coordination and deliverable tracking
  • Monitor project schedules, action items, and reporting deadlines
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and managing follow-ups
  • Maintain and update project plans, timelines, and task trackers
  • Coordinate internal and external partner communication
  • Prepare draft reports, presentations, and briefing materials as needed
  • Monitor workstream progress and flag risks or potential delays
  • Help track contract compliance and maintain related documentation
  • Organize shared folders and files for version control
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and technical leads
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Three or more years of experience in project planning, documentation, scheduling, and reporting in complex environments
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
