Job Description

As a seasoned Audit Manager, you will oversee the execution of engagements, ensuring that audit procedures are performed in accordance with standards. You will exercise direct responsibility over the on-the-job training of audit seniors and associates, providing them with insight into the theory and principles of accounting.

Meet the profession's and the Firm's technical standards as established in current professional pronouncements and Firm policies. Provide clients with quality service, preserve engagement and client confidentiality, and enhance professional relationships with client personnel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing work output produced by staff and ensuring that audit procedures are performed in accordance with standards.
  • Identifying specific issues relative to an engagement and determining appropriate strategies in consultation with the engagement partner.
  • Complying with the Firm's administrative policies, practices, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrating integrity, maturity, dependability, tact, positive attitude, and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities.
  • Cooperating with colleagues in a manner that recognizes the importance of teamwork in providing professional services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Audit Manager candidates should possess the following qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor Science in Accountancy.
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in external Audit.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
