Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software development. Key responsibilities include developing detailed test plans, conducting manual and automated testing, and reviewing system specifications.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Test complex software systems in an agile environment
  • Design and implement Test Strategies and QA procedures
  • Analyze requirements and engage in story refinement
  • Coordinate with team members for successful Test Plan execution
  • Evaluate and mitigate quality risks
  • Collaborate with QA Lead on feature-level integration testing
  • Work independently and proactively as a team member
  • Analyze defects and track results
  • Validate conformance to requirements
  • Derive acceptance criteria when needed
  • Ensure stories meet Definition of Done
  • Communicate testing results to project team members
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Strong understanding of the QA process and collaboration with Development teams
  • Basic knowledge of Katalon Automation, AWS, and SQL
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Familiarity with best practices around database operations
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to make timely decisions
  • Capacity to work independently and multitask
Working Conditions
