Front Desk Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
As an Administrative Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Managing front desk operations, including scheduling and assigning administrative projects
- Providing administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
- Coordinating client communications, including email and phone correspondence
- Maintaining accurate records, including client information and payment details
- Serving as the custodian of site petty cash, responsible for liquidating the full amount with official receipts to justify purchases
- Coordinating client-related activities, including hotel accommodations, airport and site transportation, and client food requests while at the site
