Job Opportunity: UX Coordinator

We are seeking a talented and organized individual to join our team as a UX Coordinator. As a UX Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating UX tasks internally and with clients, ensuring seamless project execution.

In this position, you will be responsible for communicating UX tasks internally and with clients, converting project conversations into relevant tasks, keeping clients updated on task progress and blockers, and communicating task schedules and budgets to assignees.

You will also create and assign ClickUp tasks to team members, review design requirements to ensure they meet approved standards, and coordinate internal and client Figma files to ensure approved designs are updated in client files.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to have 0-2 years of experience managing or coordinating web or mobile projects, a general understanding of UI/UX Design and software development process, and strong communication skills.

You should be proficient in using Figma and ClickUp, have a keen eye for detail, and be proactive in improving existing processes.

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
