Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Prepare regular reports on collection metrics, including flow rates, recovery rates, collection productivity and effectiveness, and other relevant KPIs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor collection performance on a daily basis and identify problems if any.
  • Trend Identification: Analyze collection data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of improvement. Perform in-depth analysis when needed and report to management for necessary follow-up action.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in new program/strategy launches and process change implementation. Collaborate with other related functions to ensure the implementation is delivered smoothly.

Qualifications:
