Structural Packaging Specialist

As a Structural Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating custom packaging solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop innovative folding carton designs based on customer requirements.
- Work with various box styles to create optimal packaging solutions that balance aesthetics and functionality.
- Ensure designs are cost-effective, manufacturable, and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with customers to determine the best packaging structure for their product, ensuring it meets their needs and exceeds expectations.
- Maintain detailed records of designs and revisions, utilizing industry-standard CAD software such as ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design.
- Proven experience as a Structural Designer specializing in folding cartons (chipboard boxes).
- Proficiency in CAD design software is required, with a strong focus on ArtiosCAD or Cimex CAD Design.
- Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative packaging solutions.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time remote position requiring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with packaging CAD software.
