Customer Service Advocate

We are looking for a highly motivated Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our dynamic team at Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working with assigned accounts receivable accounts or denied claims accounts through our system
- Communicating with providers to ensure accurate information before submitting claims
- Researching and analyzing process gaps to improve our revenue cycle efficiency
- Developing strong relationships with payers and insurance companies on behalf of our providers
- Maintaining accurate documentation of all interactions and communications
As a successful candidate, you will have:
- Significant experience in accounts receivable, claims, billing, or collections
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
