Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our digital presence. As a Social Media Manager, you will take ownership of shaping and growing our brand voice across social media, email, and blog content.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
  • Post daily engaging content (reels, stories, carousels, photos, and captions) aligned with our brand tone
  • Manage community engagement — respond to comments, direct messages, and engage with followers to foster trust and connection
Content Creation & Editing
  • Edit and repurpose short-form video content using in-clinic footage
  • Write compelling, concise captions and headlines that resonate with patients and the community
Secondary Tasks
  • Blog Writing: Write 2-4 articles per month focused on chiropractic care, physical therapy, wellness, and patient education
  • Email Marketing: Design and send engaging email campaigns to our subscribers
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation (healthcare industry experience a plus)
  • Proven ability to grow and manage online communities and increase engagement organically
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand tone and patient-first communication
