Key responsibilities:

  • Purchasing ads on Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid channels
  • Analyzing targeted users and optimizing ad content to improve ROI
  • Developing ad content plans with designers based on data analysis and user portrayals
  • Communicating with marketing teams to formulate and execute digital growth strategies
  • Keeping track of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Onboarding influencers and managing influencer networks
  • Developing B2B partnerships to drive online growth
  • Managing Public Relations to drive growth among diaspora communities
  • Conducting market research to identify customer needs and trends;
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns;

Requirements:

  • Understanding of ad content development, testing, and optimization
  • Experience with Facebook, Google, Tik Tok, and other paid ads channels
  • 2-4 years' experience in performance marketing
  • Excellent communication and management skills;
  • Ability to work in a rapidly changing business environment;
  • A strong network in the South East Asian diaspora community is beneficial;
