Job Description

The Digital Compliance Manager - Lead Ad Review Team is a senior role responsible for leading the Ad Quality Review team, ensuring that digital advertisements comply with advertising policies and maintain high standards.

This key position will oversee daily activities to ensure efficient and accurate performance. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, technical knowledge of internet services, and strong communication abilities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management & Leadership
    • Supervise daily activities to ensure efficient and accurate performance.
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members.
    • Monitor team attendance and productivity.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance Monitoring
    • Ensure ad assessments adhere to accuracy and policy compliance standards.
    • Conduct regular audits to identify areas of improvement.
    • Work closely with internal stakeholders to update advertising policies and guidelines.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting
    • Track team performance against key metrics.
    • Submit regular performance reports.
    • Collaborate with policy and compliance teams to escalate policy violations or emerging risks.
  • Process Improvement & Efficiency
    • Identify and implement improvements to streamline the ad review process.
    • Evaluate and refine workflows, tools, and training materials.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration & Communication
    • Act as the primary point of contact for team-related concerns.
    • Facilitate communication between teams.
    • Participate in cross-functional meetings.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Technical knowledge of internet services and customer service know-how are necessary.
  • Experience in Customer Service and Technical Support is beneficial.
  • Strong leadership skills are required.
