Job Description

As a Construction Project Supervisor at WalterMart Shopping Center, you will oversee the delivery of construction projects ensuring they meet design requirements. Your role involves resolving issues among stakeholders and coordinating project design documents.

You will be responsible for reviewing and suggesting design modifications, evaluating project viability based on resources and market demand. Additionally, you will handle building or design questions for mutual agreement and review each building plan for design quality.

  • Oversee construction phase delivery of projects to ensure compliance with design specifications.
  • Resolving construction and design issues among stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Coordinate project design documents to facilitate smooth project execution.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess a degree in BS Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering and hold a PRC License. A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the related field is required, preferably with a background in Construction Industry and/or Project Management.

Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, as well as attention to detail. You must be willing to work on-site and do field visits if needed. This position requires a candidate who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
