BIM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled BIM Specialist to join our team.

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D building information models for various projects.
• Create high-quality parametric Revit models and libraries for MEP, structural systems, and other AEC assets.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure models align with design intent and construction requirements.

• Relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of Revit drafting/modeling experience.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit with demonstrated experience in content/family creation.
• Strong knowledge of MEP, Structural systems, and construction documentation.
• Familiarity with Australian Building and BIM Standards.
• Intermediate/advanced skills in Autodesk Revit and associated toolsets.
• Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce clash-free, highly coordinated models.
• Familiarity with Rhino3D.
• Experience using Revit, BIM360.
• Experience with visual programming tools such as Dynamo or Grasshopper.
• Experience developing BIM content for product manufacturers or libraries.
