Job Description

As a detail-oriented professional, you will be responsible for entering assigned quotes and orders into CAMduct and Epicor. Additionally, you will create CAM files from Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, annotate drawings in Revit or Autodesk Fabrication CADmep, and complete accurate and timely processing of assigned work. Your expertise will ensure duct construction methods meet customer specifications and industry standards.

You will identify incomplete information, verify with customers, communicate with internal teams through phone, email, and support desk software, and maintain status of tickets in Freshdesk.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 2 years experience in BIM or VDC with an emphasis in HVAC or Mechanical
  • Proficiency in Revit is required
  • Proficiency in Autodesk products (ESTmep, CADmep, CAMduct) is preferred

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong organizational and time management abilities. You must also be able to work collaboratively, demonstrate commitment to get the job done, and be self-motivated to do what needs to be done.
