Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a Juris Doctor (JD) or Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree, and be licensed to practice law in the Philippines. Main Tasks:
  • Advise clients on corporate governance, employment policies, labor law compliance, and workplace dispute resolution.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate corporate contracts, employment agreements, workplace policies, and compliance reports.
  • Ensure compliance in Philippine labor laws, including employee rights, termination procedures, and dispute resolution.
  • Assist with corporate structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and due diligence.
  • Represent clients in labor disputes, mediations, and regulatory proceedings in the Philippines.
  • Utilize US paralegal expertise to enhance legal documentation, case management, and compliance tracking.
  • Prepare and file legal documents with government agencies in the Philippines.
  • Assist US attorneys with case preparation, legal research, document drafting, and evidence retention.
  • Conduct case law research and summarize findings.
