Sales Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Management Lead to join our team at TASQ Staffing Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales programs, driving sales growth, and leading high-performing sales teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
- Lead and manage sales teams to ensure they have the necessary tools, training, and support to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the sales team is equipped with the latest knowledge and skills.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement sales enablement programs to support sales teams in their efforts to drive sales growth.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to sales team members.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.
- College graduate of a business course or business-related course.
- 3 to 5 years of working experience, with at least 2-3 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
