Quality Assurance Professional

We seek an experienced Quality Assurance professional to ensure the highest standards of software products and services through rigorous testing, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. You will utilize Tricentis Tosca to implement automation best practices, reusable test components, and test data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement quality assurance procedures and documentation
  • Execute functional and automated testing using Tricentis Tosca
  • Conduct defect analysis and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with development, business analysts, and project teams
  • Support compliance with industry standards and client expectations
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality enhancements
  • Provide guidance and technical support on QA processes

  • Timely and accurate test execution
  • Effective implementation of QA tools and methodologies
  • Active contribution to process improvements and knowledge sharing
  • Demonstrated growth in skills and certifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, IT, or related field
  • Proficient in Tricentis Tosca (including best practices in automation and TDM)
  • Strong skills in QA methodologies, defect tracking, and data analysis
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with Agile practices
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) are a plus
  • Willingness to work onsite at assigned hours
