Winona is a telemedicine company that provides HRT for women in menopause. We have built all of our technology in-house, including an EHR, patient care admin system, patient portal, website, marketing technology, and two compounding pharmacies.

The role we are hiring for involves developing the user-facing aspects of our applications. As a skilled software developer, you will work independently within established frameworks to implement and refine user interfaces, focusing on user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement advanced UI development techniques to enhance user experience.
  • Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Develop reusable components and libraries.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility for seamless user interactions.
  • Collaborate with backend developers and designers to integrate frontend and backend services efficiently.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in software development, with expertise in Vue.js (Vue 2 and Vue 3).
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and experience with SCSS and Tailwind CSS.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize web applications for performance, speed, and scalability.
  • Experience in developing reusable and efficient components and libraries.
  • Deep understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and develop innovative solutions.
